![]() ![]() There are a number of things that are appealing to me with Noteplan, though. I think this is a problem for me because I do a lot of linking of notes and do sometimes change the titles of notes. If you change a title to a note and it's linked somewhere else, the link breaks. Is this possible in Noteplan or am I missing something? In Bear, I can use the sharesheet extension to append a document to a Bear note (or create a new one). I can't seem to attach PDFs to notes in NotePlan. There are two things that jump out at me as being problems: I have played around with Noteplan and done a side-by-side comparison of it with Bear. The V3 is very new (I was not a V2 user so I can't compare), so nothing wrong here. Otherwise, the app (from my humble point of view) is not as polished as Bear (some weird horizontal scrolling in review mode, some glitches in MD rendering, lost images if you move a note as the *_attachments folder stays in place. Last but not least, the opened model (flat files) of NP is the very best one, although it must be a nightmare for the (very good) dev in terms of performance ^^ Also Bear miss the schedule (>Date) function NP offers. Tasks in NP are better handled than in Bear, they were unusable for me as the "tasks" view was basically just a list of notes contening tasks. Also the daily notes are a game changer feature. ![]() The choice of folders plus nested tags in NP is a lot superior to the tags-only system in Bear. ![]() I moved all my ~500 notes (with some difficulties, mainly related to images and attachments handling). Like others said, I miss the code block or line separators, but AFAIK the latter is coming soon :) Hello I just made the same move a few days ago, so far so (really) good. ![]()
